Gazelle.com buys gadgets that are used. I have a question about their business though. It says that when you checkout they send you a prepaid shipping label… my question is: Do they pay for the label and then email it to you? or Do they just send you the label and then once fedex scans it, their bank account is charged. Its just confusing because usually you have to pay for a prepaid label before you ship it. which makes sense because its called a “prepaid” label. Anyways, if they did pay for it before they were certain that people were gonna make the shipment they would lose money. For example, if someone gets a label sent to them with like 5 items in the box and it would cost $100 to ship it… does that mean they would pay $100 and email the label>??? what happens if the person never ships the items!?
